Welcome the New Year with a focus on your Mental Health! Let’s set positive intentions for a mentally healthier you in 2024.
Some goals include:
1. Beginning or returning to Therapy
2. Setting or holding your Boundaries with yourself and others. Boundaries keep us safe while teaching others how to treat us.
3. Allowing yourself to REST when your body or mind needs to do so, without feeling guilty!
4. Being kinder to yourself. Would you talk to a friend or even a stranger the way you speak to yourself?!
5. Practicing or learning more about Mindfulness. This could look like practicing yoga or meditation, but could also look like slowing down your thoughts, being more aware of your thoughts and surroundings, or even using your breath to relax and focus.
